You will be a sales advisor on my sales team for real estate liquidation company. We are looking for extensive growth and looking to become one of the biggest real estate firms in Cleveland. If you are someone looking at getting into real estate investing, then this is the place for you. As a sales advisor, you will be given monitor, a desk, office phone, warm leads, a script, and training. You will be simply asked to call the warm leads (who have already expressed interest in selling their homes) send them a purchase agreement and ask them to sign it. You will verify their contact information is correct and guide them through the sales process until they close on their house. We aim to make closings happen between 10 to 30 days. Compensation will be purely commission. The schedule is flexible, though. I currently am working another job to pay the bills until I get a consistent cash flow, so you can do the same. You will typically call 50 leads a day. Typically, five of those will sign a contract and typically at least one of those will end up closing. So, in thirty days we are confident you should be making a good steady stream of income. SCOPE: Rental Maintenance Tech is responsible for responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on rental properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, carpentry, and minor appliance fixes, responding to tenant maintenance requests promptly, and ensuring the overall upkeep of Lakeshore Assets to maintain their value and resident satisfaction; often requiring on-call availability to address urgent issues.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintenance Requests: Respond to tenant maintenance requests by diagnosing issues, scheduling repairs, and completing tasks like fixing leaky faucets, clogged drains, malfunctioning appliances, and minor electrical problems. Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of rental units, common areas, and building systems to identify potential issues and complete preventative maintenance tasks like filter changes, appliance checks, and minor repairs before they become major problems. General Repairs: Perform a variety of repair tasks including drywall patching, painting, door and window replacements, minor plumbing repairs, basic electrical work, and minor carpentry.
