As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Light/Medium Duty Tow Operator to join our team and assist in providing top-notch towing services. Responsibilities: Drive to the scene of an accident or vehicle breakdown promptly. Connect the damaged vehicle to the tow truck safely and securely. Tow the vehicle to a service station or junkyard, following all safety protocols. Maintain the tow truck and equipment in good working condition. Perform basic vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting as needed. Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to provide updates on service status. Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while operating the tow truck. Maintain accurate records of services provided and any incidents encountered.
