You would be responsible for picking up the truck from our Rutherford NJ warehouse and driving it to a fixed location in NYC. Before departure, the driver is responsible for loading all hand trucks, equipment, and cargo/packages. Once parked in NYC, you would be responsible for meeting your team of about 8/10 couriers and overseeing them throughout the day. General Dispatch Responsibilities Include: - Making sure your team of walkers/couriers clock in You are responsible for paying for the parking through the parking app on the tablet provided to you. - Assign all inventory such as hand trucks and mobile accessories Dispatch all packages to walkers using preassigned manifest Coordinate with your team and central dispatch to troubleshoot any issues Verify team of walkers/couriers sign in/out successfully Once the truck and packages are dispatched, the driver will return to the Rutherford NJ location.
