ProArch is looking for a dedicated SQA Manual Tester to join our quality assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products by executing manual testing processes. You will work collaboratively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify defects and ensure our applications are user-friendly and functionally robust. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on system requirements and specifications. Identify, document, and track defects to ensure timely resolution. Conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing. Perform exploratory testing to identify potential issues and improve product usability. Communicate test results, issues, and progress to team members and stakeholders effectively. Participate in requirement reviews and contribute to product development discussions. Maintain detailed and accurate test documentation and reports. Requirements Strong working experience in Manual Testing on windows, Mobile and Web applications. Having knowledge on Automation is an advantage. Should have very good knowledge on SQL. Should be aware of database testing & Linux fundamentals. Exposure to web services (SoapUI, REST etc). Should be familiar with all the major stages of SDLC, STLC and Bug Life Cycle. Should be aware of doing the Requirement Analysis. Work experience / knowledge in testing the client service-oriented architectures is must. Should be capable of interacting/communicating with the client. Good in both oral & written skills.

Position Overview We are seeking a Field IT Technician to join our growing team. This role combines IT expertise with hands-on fieldwork, supporting the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of enterprise security systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in networking, databases, and system administration, along with the ability to work independently in client environments. Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain access control systems, video surveillance, and other security technologies. Provide IT/networking support for system integration, including switches, servers, and wireless devices. Configure databases and applications for security platforms (e.g., S2, Lenel, Genetec, Milestone, etc.). Perform troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to deliver projects on time and within scope. Provide end-user training and support as needed. Additional Qualifications 2+ years of IT or field technician experience (security industry preferred, but not required). Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, and Windows environments. You will oversee IT systems and the full lifecycle of equipment, drive compliance initiatives, manage contracts and insurance, and support structured planning cycles. Responsibilities Compliance & Cybersecurity Manage IT and compliance policies, cybersecurity training, and readiness for external audits (e.g., SOC2). We are lawyers and have a real case going to trial in SF soon. At this legal focus group, we will present to you arguments from both sides and want to hear your honest opinions and advice about the case. That is your job. Just about everyone who participates in one of our focus groups find it fun and interesting. The focus group will be held at a hotel meeting room in the financial district. Lunch will be provided.
