If you have a strong work ethic and are experienced in general maintenance, we would love to have you join our team as a Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician and help keep our residential apartment complex running smoothly! Location: El Cajon, CA Key Duties: • Ensure that units are clean and in working order in preparation for new residents. • Perform various maintenance tasks to keep the property in optimal shape. • As needed, take care of drywall repairs and painting work. • As needed, fix or install sliding closet doors and doors. • Fix or replace fixtures throughout the complex. • Oversee plumbing maintenance, including caulking, brazing, and repairing toilets, dishwashers, garbage disposals, and snaking drains. • As needed, replace ceiling fans, outlets, and switches.
