This is a key leadership role for a strategic thinker who is passionate about quality service, team development, and operational excellence. ​Key Responsibilities ​Team Leadership & Management: Oversee, train, and mentor our team of professional cleaners. Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor allocation to ensure all cleaning projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members. Foster a positive, productive, and safe work environment. ​Client Relations & Quality Control: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. Implement and manage a quality assurance program, including regular site inspections and audits. ​Operational & Financial Oversight: Manage and control operational budgets, including labor and supply costs. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as client satisfaction, team productivity, and financial performance. ​Recruitment & Training: Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for new cleaners. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new hires and ongoing professional development for the team. ​Requirements ​Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably within the cleaning, hospitality, or service industry. ​Strong leadership and team-building skills with a track record of motivating and developing staff. ​Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both clients and employees. ​Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities. ​Proficiency with business management software, including scheduling tools and CRM systems. ​Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. ​Successful completion of a full background check is required. ​Compensation & Details ​Pay Rate: Starting at $18.00 per hour. ​Hours: This is a part-time position, with 18 to 35 hours per week available. ​If you are a results-oriented leader with a passion for building a world-class service team, we encourage you to apply. The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient snow removal operations during winter weather conditions. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical equipment, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Snow Plow Operators will play a crucial role in maintaining clear and accessible parking lots, and other areas Duties: • Operate snow plow trucks and other snow removal equipment effectively and safely. • Clear snow from parking lots, and walkways to ensure safe passage. • Respond promptly to changing weather conditions and adjust operations accordingly. Qualifications: • Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • Willingness to work flexible hours during winter storms, including nights and weekends as needed. • Previous experience in snow removal and salting. Sight locations Canton and Wayne Fall: Looing for persons to help with leaf clean up, Finishing the little bit of lawn season up. Lots of backpacking and some weed wiping. To carry over to winter. Winter: Some shoveling and a lot of Atv snow plowing, also salting of sidewalks. A drivers license is helpful if we need a back up plow truck driver, will train. Not necessary. Rides to and from job sights if needed, if you are in the city of Wayne or in Canton tws. Persons can not be on the Michigan sex offenders list. We are on private school grounds and homes this fall. Paid on your experience. $15 to $17 for fall $17 to $22 winter depending on the job you are preforming that snow day. Winter there is a bi-weekly salary paid as well.
