Job description: Career Strategies is currently seeking skilled Apartment Maintenance Technicians to join our team in the Palm Desert, CA area and the surrounding cities for temporary and temp-to-hire opportunities, offering a flexible schedule and weekly pay. Position Overview: As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for keeping Apartment Communities in excellent condition. We are a landscaping company looking for: Lead Gardener with a valid CA Drivers License and be able to communicate English and Spanish. Must be able to lead a small crew or one person. Be able to take direction and be a great team player. Irrigation knowledge is a plus but basic sprinkler repair is great. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE.
