We are proud of our inclusive and thrives on a team work, make-it-happen culture Maintenance Technician I Responsibilities and Objectives Perform various maintenance functions including repairs to the following: electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, grounds maintenance as dictated by state guidelines. Maintain residents work orders with utilizing our system to verify all orders are completed in a timely manner to company standards and the resident’s satisfaction. Inspect the property grounds, buildings, and common area amenities to maintain safety and cleanliness standards and to identify issues requiring maintenance, repair or replacement. Assist with property emergencies, such as inclement weather emergencies, fires, and floods. Promptly communicate with maintenance leadership concerning all maintenance issues at the property. Observe and promote safety and risk management in accordance with local, federal, state, and company rules and regulations. Participate in emergency on-call/after-hours maintenance assignments; adhering to established response times and addresses emergency issues appropriately. Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times, promoting the same to entire team. Foster a positive, active and collaborative relationship with residents, other properties and associated agencies. Promote customer satisfaction by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and curb appeal, and interact courteously and professionally with current and potential residents at all times. Responsible for adhering to all components of the company risk management program. Assures that the highest standards of curb appeal for the properties are maintained. Performs other duties as assigned. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent is required. At least one year of experience in the property management industry or directly related field. Possess general maintenance and general carpentry skills. Skills and Requirements Ability to use general office equipment, such as telephone, fax machine, printer, copier, and key track system. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to others. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multi-task. Ability to perform basic mathematical functions. Ability to cope with and defuse situations involving angry or difficult people. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Must maintain professional appearance and comply with prescribed uniform policy. Must maintain a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and current auto insurance is required Must comply with all safety requirements. Required to complete and successfully pass the Project Management Inc. Fair Housing, Health & Safety Training, and Sexual Harassment Training within the first 30 days of employment. Scheduling Required to maintain a regular schedule Monday through Friday (4-5hrs per day), weekends and non-traditional holidays. May be required to assist with after hours emergency calls.

I need someone who likes physical labor and someone who NEEDS to work! If you have a habit of calling in sick or calling for time off, you are NOT the kind of worker I need. I deliver household appliances (TV's, dishwashers, microwaves, stoves, fridges) at residential customers while using great care and professionalism. My team represents the company in a professional manner and CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS THE PRIMARY FOCUS. POSITION: INSTALLER: Installer will have the responsibility of working with customers. Also, checking in load for delivery, taking pictures of load tag and product on the dock; take pictures after every delivery and/or installation. Also make detailed notes about the delivery if needed. Installation will consist of installing Dishwashers, Microwaves, cooktops and Stoves and Refrigerators. We also uninstalled some items on the old product. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE! POSITION: HELPER: Helper prepares the truck, keeps the truck in order with all the return items, savage items and trash. The helper will also help delivering and assemble new products in customers' homes . Helper helps with taking pictures of load tag and product on the dock; take pictures after every delivery and/or installation. The helper may also assist the Driver in any way necessary.
