These are sold throughout the U.S. to construction contractors. We get a lot of praise for being responsive, timely, and delivering a very high quality product. Architectural Louvers is a private small company and is run by the owner (Joe Ray). Most employees, once hired, stay with us for years. We have company events, holiday parties, and company meetings. Most of the job positions are in aluminum sawing, punching, packaging, and assembly. Some good additional traits and skills we consider desirable are: 1. Forklift training 2. Welding skills 3. Any manufacturing machine operator training. 4. Machine maintenance knowledge 5. Mechanically inclined 6. Hard worker 7. Show up to work each day, and on time. But these things are not deal breakers (well, except #7). We will train any of the positions and skills necessary to make you successful. The bonus program is based on company profits and is distributed quarterly. Once vested, every employee gets an equal cut from a bonus pool.
