The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABAP HR code development and a deep understanding of Core HR and Payroll modules. This role involves designing and developing custom HR-ABAP programs, working with PNP/PNPCE logical databases, and enhancing payroll processes. • Experience: 9-15 years in payroll technical consulting. • ABAP HR Development: Proficient in ABAP HR code development. • Custom Programs: Design and write HR-ABAP custom programs; modify standard programs as needed. • Database Programming: Experience with PNP/PNPCE logical databases and cluster programming for Core HR, payroll, and time management. • Core HR & Payroll Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Core HR and Payroll modules, including schemas, functions, and operations. • HR Tables/Clusters: Familiarity with HR, Core HR, and Payroll tables/clusters; experience in developing reports/BDC in the HR module. • Payroll Processes: Strong experience in Core HR and payroll processes, including preparing payroll reports. • Reports & Interfaces: Design and develop reports, interfaces, info types, and enhancements. • Team Development: Guide and develop team members to enhance their technical capabilities and productivity. • Forms Experience: Hands-on experience with SMART forms and HR forms. • User Exits & BAPIs: Proficient in user exits, BADi, and BAPI. • OOPS Concept: Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts. • Technical Documentation: Experience in requirement gathering, designing technical documents, unit testing, and code review. • Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience in payroll technical consulting with a focus on US Payroll. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. The Community Manager is responsible for to overseeing and managing the daily operations, tasks and interactions within their assigned property. This position will also act as a liaison between the company and the community of residents by addressing resident issues and helping meet the needs of their community.  Job Duties for this role include: Collect rent payments and prepare payments for deposits  Processes and issues lease documentation for new residents. Provides park rules, and other community literature to new residents. Issues notices including, but not limited to Late Notices, Balance Notices or other legally required notices. Prepare court documents, agent for court, file eviction papers and oversee eviction proceedings for delinquent accounts.  Enforce rules, issue violations, and ensure violations are remedied in a timely manner. Complete and upload all prospect cards and information into rent software Follow up with prospective clients via phone and email.  Process tenant applications and enter prospect information into tracking system. Run background checks on new residents.  Show prospective residents’ homes available for sale. Address resident issues, record resident comments and seek to settle all non-monetary issues. Responsibilities Design & implement high-performance feed handlers in modern C++ for equities, futures, and options across global venues (e.g., NYSE, CME, Refinitiv RTS, Bloomberg B-PIPE). Optimize for micro- and nanosecond latency using lock-free data structures, cache-friendly memory layouts, and kernel-bypass networking where appropriate. Build reusable libraries for message decoding, normalization, and publication to internal buses shared by research, simulation, and live trading systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tune TCP/UDP multicast stacks, kernel parameters, and NIC settings for deterministic performance. Provide robust failover, gap-recovery, and replay mechanisms to guarantee data integrity under packet loss or venue outages.
