Report any tolls or equipment that is damaged or missing to management immediately. Maintain fuel tank at half full at all times. Check and maintain other fluid levels on vehicle to manufacturer standards and note quantities on pre-shift inspection sheet. Maintain the storage yard in a clean and orderly manner. All trash and cigarette remnants must be properly disposed of and not left in the company vehicle or on the ground. Secure storage yard by ensuring the gate closed when leaving.
