Develop and maintain integrated design timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with broader product milestones. Coordinate across disciplines—ID, UI/UX, firmware, mechanical, and software engineering—to ensure dependencies are identified and addressed early. Summary of Role ● Act as the primary point of contact for clients on all staging installations, partnering closely with the sales team and VP of the market to ensure that all projects are a success. Properly scope the design project ● Conduct a design handoff meeting with the sales rep and client to ensure project scope and alignment. ● Meet with the client to present any initial ideas; discuss and probe for any specifics the client may have regarding the design or installation. ● Stay within budget for custom furniture and accessory purchases. ● Create an installation road map. ● Inform the scheduler of your needs, working within your reasonable deadline (negotiated between sales, the scheduling department, and the client).
