Hello, this room is available end of November, Dec 1st move in date. Can you tell me a bit about yourself and what you are looking for? The room is for a single occupant with no overnight guests unless otherwise discussed, The house is 2bd 2bth I value tidiness in kitchen areas , positive, kind communication and financial/emotional stability. Your Room is private with private living quarters and private bath. I have the primary bedroom and private bath and use of main living area. Kitchen/ pantry/ laundry are shared. You would pay bills/ utilities to me which are in my name and range 130-180 a month average plus the monthly rent which is 1100 each The total rent is 2200, which I Pay to the landlord as I am primary renter -and you would be co tenant. We can also each can agree to pay the 1100 to the landlord directly via Venmo or Zelle. I have a current year lease and would like to find a co tenant who is committed to staying and living in the house in Brevard longer term. Security deposit is 1100 which would make total move in around 2200 and you would get security deposit back should you choose to vacate with a 60 day advance notice. Bills would be due for December mid January and include internet, water, trash, gas and electric. I work 40 hours a week in a skilled nursing facility doing physical therapy. M-F, and I love what I do. I'm up at 6:30-7 AM and generally out of the house by 8AM - return home around 5:30pm ish . On the weekends I do my meal prep, laundry, chores, enjoy live music , hiking , biking , yoga, and peaceful living and try to Get out in nature when I can . House has community pool in Summer , close to the lake and to bike trails. Yard work cutting grass/ maintenance is agreed to be shared. It's a beautiful home and I love living here !
