We want our drivers to be successful. So we provide schedules, routes, and processes that allow drivers to run efficiently and maximize their miles, including drop and hook routes and PrePass throughout the Northwest. We’re proud to announce that we recently brought on additional drop trailers and preloaded trailers for faster turnarounds and more miles for our drivers.
On average, Tate drivers earn $52,000 to $85,000 per year with the opportunity to earn even more!
Reset at Home
At Tate, we understand that home and family time is important. That's why we schedule our drivers' 34-hour reset time at home. That way, all of our drivers get to be home and with their families each and every week.
Benefits
Not only does Tate provide comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance benefits, we also cover a large portion of out-of-pocket costs. Tate pays 75% of monthly premiums and 50% of deductibles for all Tate employees AND family members!

Quality Lifestyle
Through an onsite doctor's office, Tate's team of medical practitioners perform physicals, manage drivers' health, prepare custom first-aid kits, and provide phone assistance to drivers on the road.
Additionally, each truck is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, television, memory foam mattress, Sirius radio, and auto-chains!!.
Vacation and Retirement
Vacation time starts accruing after one full year of employment. One week vacation at one year of employment; two weeks of vacation at five years of employment; three weeks of vacation at 15 years of employment; four weeks of vacation at 20 years of employment.

Qualifications
Qualified DOT physical
Minimum of two years over-the-road winter mountain driving experience is preferred.
No more than two moving violations in a three-year period. No speed violations of 15 mph over posted speed limit in the past three years. Following too close citations.
No chargeable accidents within the last two years except under unique circumstances.
No convictions or deferment charges for alcohol or drugs within five years.
