Job Summary: Essel is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules to ensure timely completion of project milestones. Your expertise in scheduling will be critical in coordinating resources and facilitating communication among project stakeholders. Responsibilities: Develop detailed project schedules using project management software, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify project tasks, dependencies, and timelines. Monitor project progress and performance against the schedule, identifying any variances and recommending corrective actions. Facilitate regular scheduling meetings with project teams to assess progress and adjust schedules as required. Prepare and present scheduling reports and updates to management and stakeholders. Assist in the identification and mitigation of project risks related to scheduling. Maintain comprehensive records and documentation related to project scheduling activities. Requirements Qualifications: Proven experience as a Project Scheduler in construction or engineering environments. Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6), with a strong understanding of project management principles. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of construction processes and workflows is a plus.

The Task Order Project Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of a large task order development project including milestones, scope, schedule, cost, and resources and will provide managerial leadership to the project estimating team to ensure successful and timely delivery of task orders and supporting documentation. The position will plan, execute, manage in coordination with field management and teams and report the full scope of a task order project and is responsible for the development of assigned project baselines and oversight of project execution within budgetary and scheduling guidelines. Project Planner Scheduler
The Project Scheduler supports Project Management by providing detailed project schedules. The Project Scheduler is responsible for developing project templates in conjunction with the project team, including critical path analysis, alternate schedules, and implementing variables into schedule. The scheduler may have to maintain several schedules at any given time for various projects in various stages. Supports ongoing projects by with the project team on project status, identifying opportunities for improvement, delays and areas where additional concentration is required as well as supports the rest of the project team as needed including project set up in database software, cost control, change order tracking and reports. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop logically linked schedules from proposal documents, contract documents and estimate sheets. Prior to project start, create and revise preliminary master schedules for project by detailing the sequence of all work to be performed. Maintain master schedule for each project and identify and record the impact of work performed and not performed as scheduled. Evaluate actual progress and provide regular schedule updates. Interface with Project Managers and Project Engineers to discuss impact of work and resolution of problems. Contribute to the development of working schedules for Estimating, prior to proposal date, which sufficiently illustrate the sequence of work activities and contract time. Prepare and issue proposal and preliminary schedule. Incorporate Resource and/or Cost Loading data into schedules as required.
