Brick by Brick Collective is on the lookout for a Transaction Coordinator (TC) within LPT Realty Brokerage who is licensed in Arizona. As a crucial part of our real estate team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that transactions are managed efficiently and smoothly from contract to closing. This role requires a meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and both the knowledge and ability to adhere to Arizona’s real estate regulations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, working alongside agents, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate exceptional service and transactions. Responsibilities: Manage all phases of the transaction process for real estate deals, ensuring compliance with Arizona laws and regulations. Coordinate communications between buyers, sellers, agents, and other parties involved in the transaction. Maintain organized transaction files and documentation, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time. Schedule and manage inspections, appraisals, and closing dates. Provide regular updates to clients and agents regarding transaction status and timelines. Assist in problem-solving any issues that arise during the transaction process to ensure a smooth closing. Requirements Qualifications: Currently licensed as a Transaction Coordinator in Arizona and working with LPT Realty Brokerage. Proven experience as a Transaction Coordinator or in a similar role within the real estate industry. Strong understanding of Arizona real estate transactions, contracts, and closing procedures. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
