This is an independent automotive repair center that provides a comprehensive list of repairs and services and has an IMMEDIATE opening for an experienced Service Advisor. The service advisor is the face of the business and should have strong customer service and communication skills. Using these skills, the service writer should be able to determine the customer's repair/maintenance needs while making the customer feel confident in our ability to meet their needs. Responsibilities: The Service Advisor presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns. They serve as the communicator between customer and technician; ensuring the customer’s needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer. Experience in the automotive field is required. Qualifications include: Friendly personality with great customer service skills. Ability to organize, dispatch, and maximize shop output.
