Position Summary We are currently seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to oversee concrete crews and operations on active job sites throughout Northern California. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires deep knowledge of concrete forming, placement, and finishing—alongside the ability to manage schedules, labor, and quality control. The ideal candidate will lead field crews in all aspects of concrete work, ensuring safety, productivity, and adherence to project specs. You will coordinate directly with the Superintendent and Project Manager to meet deadlines and maintain a high standard of craftsmanship.
