We’re looking for a hands-on Construction Supervisor to lead our residential remodeling projects on-site. This isn’t a desk job — we need someone who knows how to run a crew, manage trades, and make sure the job is built right the first time. We are hiring experienced Finish Carpenters to work on New Custom Homes in the Metro Detroit Area. Must have at least 5 years experience as a Finish Carpenter with ALL your own tools and transportation. We are looking for Talented Finish Carpenters that know how to trim a large custom home from start to finish, hanging doors, cope crown and baseboard moldings, build built-in wall units, trim paneled walls, build custom beams and layout library rooms etc.. Quality is of utmost importance along with maintaining a decent speed. This a full time position Monday thru Friday 40 hours per week with overtime available per job. W-2 employees will be paid weekly with benefits after 90 days. Any subcontractors will need proof of current workers comp and general liability coverage or a certified work comp exemption form from the State of MI.
