Job Title: Mobile Porter Mobile Porter (Janitorial Services) Location: LA Area Reports To: Area Manager Shift: Variable Shifts Position Summary: We are currently hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Mobile Porter to join our janitorial team. This role requires traveling to multiple client sites to perform routine cleaning and maintenance services. The ideal candidate is professional, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Key Responsibilities: Travel to assigned sites to perform janitorial duties, including daily and periodic cleaning. Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, hallways, offices, and other common areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash and recyclables. Maintain cleanliness of building entrances, walkways, and exterior areas. Replenish cleaning supplies and paper products as needed. Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as replacing dispensers. Report any safety hazards, maintenance issues, or supply shortages to the supervisor. Follow all company safety policies and cleaning procedures. Respond to urgent cleaning needs or special requests in a timely and professional manner. Requirements: English speaking required (must be able to communicate clearly with clients and supervisors). Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. Reliable transportation is required to travel between job sites. Must pass a criminal background check. Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Work Environment: Work performed at various client sites Frequent travel required between locations.

Qualifications & Skills - CDL - At least 3 years applicable field operations and/or engineering experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, working in remote locations with minimal supervision. - Ability to lead others to get the job done with minimal outside help. - Ability to drive trucks (F350-F650 equivalent) pulling trailers. - Ability to work 80% of the time for the first 12-months of employment and then travel up to 40% of the time thereafter. - Good oral and written communication skills. - Strong computer skills including operation of automated systems and adjusting control parameters to improve process characteristics based upon incoming data and data trends. - Clean driving record and the ability to assist the team getting equipment (Both CDL and non-CDL trucks and trailers) to the customer sites. - Experience in production, P&A, and completions. - Knowledge of wellwork, rigs, wellheads, BOP’s, and associated best safety practices. - Familiarity with cased hole log analysis (open hole a plus). - Experience with operating, overseeing, and maintaining process equipment, especially mechanical systems, electrical systems, and process control systems. - Ability to quickly troubleshoot and diagnose issues with field equipment. Ability to work with technicians, mechanics, and other staff to keep equipment operational at field sites. - Experience with process instrumentation and control logic.
