General Labor – Kitting Department Location: Vernon CA Pay Rate: $17.87 Schedule: Monday - Friday (some Saturdays) Job Summary: We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Associates to join our Kitting Department. This role is responsible for assembling, organizing, and packaging various product components into kits according to specific instructions and quality standards. The ideal candidate has experience in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment and pays close attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Assemble and package product kits according to work orders, instructions, or specifications. Verify that all components are present, labeled correctly, and meet quality requirements. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in compliance with company and safety policies. Count, sort, and inspect materials to ensure accuracy before and after assembly. Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals. Report any missing materials, defects, or discrepancies to the lead or supervisor. Operate basic production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently. Assist with labeling, sealing, and preparing finished kits for shipment or storage. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality assurance guidelines. Qualifications: Previous experience in kitting, packaging, assembly, or production preferred. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team. Basic math and counting skills. Position Overview: We are looking for a hands-on and dependable Commercial Maintenance Technician to support the ongoing operation and upkeep of our commercial facilities. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in general building systems, a commitment to safety, and a proactive approach to solving maintenance challenges. This position also provides the opportunity to expand into new technical areas through on-the-job learning and cross-training. Responsibilities: Perform routine and preventative maintenance on facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and mechanical components. Respond to maintenance tickets in a timely and professional manner, minimizing downtime and disruption to building operations. Inspect, diagnose, and resolve minor issues across building interiors and exteriors—roof, walls, ceilings, flooring, doors, fixtures, etc. Assist with basic equipment maintenance, including commercial-grade appliances and systems found in shared-use areas. Support building cleanliness and safety through routine checks of fire exits, alarms, emergency lighting, and security features. Maintain service logs, tool inventory, and supply records with accuracy and detail. Collaborate with contractors and vendors for specialized projects or repairs. Follow OSHA and company safety protocols at all times. Participate in an emergency on-call rotation for after-hours repairs. Willingness to develop skills in specific systems as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school a plus. 2+ years of commercial maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
