We are seeking a dedicated Manager to oversee the operations of our hostel and Single Room Occupancy (SRO) building. As the Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, tenant satisfaction, and property maintenance. Position: Manager of Hostel and SRO Building Type: Full-Time, Hybrid (Adjusted office hours: 5 hours per day, 3 hours remote) Salary: $75,000 per year Responsibilities: Rent Collection and Financial Management: -Collect rent from tenants in a timely manner. - Accurately input rental payments into the property management software. Legal and Administrative: - Post notices for non-payment of rent and follow established protocols. - Collaborate closely with attorneys and management on legal matters. - Organize the mail.
