Responsibilities for Bartender • Currently holds a State Food Handler Card/License • An outgoing personality and the ability to make members feel acknowledged and important • Greet members in a timely and welcoming manner and take orders • Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne, and mixed cocktails • Ensure accurate and consistent pours for every drink according to Oakland Yacht Club standards • Creating unique and signature drinks • Adhere to all local and state liquor laws • Special emphasis on verifying legal age requirements • Monitoring and restricting the alcohol consumption of members and guests. • Will take food orders at the bar for members and guests. • Experience with POS systems and managing member charges, credit card charges, and cash transactions. • Must be able to function in demanding and busy periods of business. • Complete end-of-shift paperwork and restocking • Maintain a safe and clean environment for members and staff in accordance with health department standards for sanitation and safety. • Carry out all tasks with attention to detail, cleanliness, and safety • Assist with inventory and inventory control • Responsible for maintaining grooming and hygiene standards • Must be able to communicate with fellow employees to convey information effectively and in a professional manner • Must be able to work in a team environment • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos written in English. • Must be able to communicate in English • The position requires being in a standing position for extended periods of time, bending, reaching, lifting, and squatting. • Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 25lbs. • Complete all additional tasks assigned by the supervisor deemed necessary to the success of the operation, satisfaction of the members, or the safety and sanitation of the facility, staff, and members of the Club.

About the Job We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Battery Cell Technician to support the development, testing, and manufacturing of battery cells. The ideal candidate will work hands-on with battery materials, assembly processes, and testing to ensure product quality and performance. This role is critical for Anthro to deliver on our internal technical milestones and external customer projects. What you will do Build and test battery cells following standard operating procedures (SOPs).  Conduct performance evaluations, including capacity, cycle life, and thermal tests.  Handle battery materials, cells, and electrolytes while maintaining safety protocols.  Safely operate lab equipment such as cell testers, cyclers, and environmental chambers.  Collect and document test data, generating reports for engineering and R&D teams.  Work closely with engineers and scientists to optimize battery performance and manufacturing processes.  Follow safety guidelines for handling lithium-ion and other battery chemistries.  Maintain lab cleanliness and ensure proper disposal of hazardous materials.  Requirements Education: HS Diploma or GED  Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a laboratory setting. Process Engineer
We are seeking a highly motivated Process Engineer to support the design, scale-up, and operation of Anthro’s new production facility for advanced electrolyte materials for use in next-generation lithium-ion batteries, enabling cleaner energy storage solutions and domestic supply chain resilience. In this role, the Process Engineer will serve as a technical contributor and owner’s representative, ensuring that engineering contractors, equipment vendors, and construction partners deliver against project scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements. The role requires a strong background in process engineering, equipment specification, vendor oversight, and commissioning, with the ability to critically evaluate engineering deliverables and manage interfaces across multiple stakeholders. This role will also require up to 30% travel for FAT, SAT and site commissioning activities.
