27-year-old woman living with cerebral palsy in her own apartment in the City of Alameda is seeking a personal care attendant(s) for the following shifts Sunday, Monday, Tuesday Wednesday overnights 11pm-7am Sunday 8am-1pm Saturday, Sunday 4p-7pm The overnight shift is awake to assist with repositioning; restroom needs or emergencies should they arise. She needs minimal assistance during transfers between her wheelchair to bedside commode and back. Full assistance with personal hygiene and other activities of daily living such as dressing, and sponge bathing, support for menses hygiene, repositioning.
