Offers will reflect skill, experience, and fit. ● *2 shifts available – 6:00am – 2:30pm or 1:30pm – 10:00pm ● Key skills: • Outstanding character, positive energy, enjoyment and aptitude for hands on work. • A deep understanding of machining principles, materials, tool selection, and the ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings are essential. • Skilled or familiar with G-code and/or conversational programming. • Strong ability to interpret blueprints, calculate measurements, and apply mathematical concepts in daily work. • Troubleshooting to identify and solve problems during the machining process. • Ensuring precision, inspecting finished products, and optimizing processes to achieve quality and efficiency. • Accuracy, sometimes to within 0.0005 of an inch, requires concentration and agility. • The job often involves standing for extended periods and maneuvering large/heavy parts. • Problem-solving • Attention to Detail.
