Cafe Name: Cup of Joe Coffee Company Job Description We are looking for a Barista to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee and tea. Barista responsibilities include educating customers on our drinks menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, up-selling special items and taking orders. To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills and knowledge of how brewing equipment operates. You should be able to work various shifts. Note: this position’s compensation includes salary and tips. Ultimately, you’ll ensure an excellent drinking experience for our guests. Looking for a dynamic and fun Server to help with our new Food program! Friday and Saturday nights from 8ish -1am This will be a hybrid role. Most orders will be coming through the bartenders so you would be working with the kitchen running food to the front of the bar. We do have a food counter in the back yard so you would be taking some orders from the back. Fun and positive attitude is a must! Great customer service, asking questions and engaging with customers to make sure their needs are met. Clearing food waste and glasswear and resetting tables for our next patrons.
