Description

We are hiring experienced Finish Carpenters to work on New Custom Homes in the Metro Detroit Area. Must have at least 5 years experience as a Finish Carpenter with ALL your own tools and transportation. We are looking for Talented Finish Carpenters that know how to trim a large custom home from start to finish, hanging doors, cope crown and baseboard moldings, build built-in wall units, trim paneled walls, build custom beams and layout library rooms etc.. Quality is of utmost importance along with maintaining a decent speed. This a full time position Monday thru Friday 40 hours per week with overtime available per job. W-2 employees will be paid weekly with benefits after 90 days. Any subcontractors will need proof of current workers comp and general liability coverage or a certified work comp exemption form from the State of MI. Please don't respond if your not a full time Finish Carpenter since we do not have an apprentice training program. We do not do drywall, tile, painting etc.., Finish Carpentry is ALL WE DO. Paid Vacations and Holiday Pay. 401K Match Program. Pay and additional compensation will be negotiated at time of interview and is based on experience, attendance and attitude.
