Non-union Electrical Contracting company focused on commercial installations is looking to hire at all levels. Open Positions: ------------------ - Foreman: Experienced leader with a deep understanding of electrical systems and project management. Must have the ability to manage, train, supervise team members and ensure quality work. - Journeyman/Mechanic: Skilled electrician with hands-on experience in wiring, installations, and troubleshooting. - JR Mechanic: Entry-level position for those with basic electrical knowledge and a willingness to learn. - Helper/Apprentice: General support role assisting electricians with materials, tools, and site prep. Qualifications: ----------------- - Experience in commercial electrical work (Specific experience requirements vary by role) - Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising crews of 5 to 20 personnel, with proven ability to communicate effectively with project managers regarding schedules, scope changes, and the management of materials and labor. (Foreman) - Must be able to read blueprints and technical diagrams, bend conduit, and demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills. Experience with lighting controls, fire alarm systems, and low voltage cabling is required.
