We are a busy operation with immediate openings for General Workers - Printing Press Assistants. In this position, you will help keep the presses running by organizing and stacking freshly printed items as they come off the press. As a press worker, you are part of a team. You'll help organize the finished work that comes off the presses and then help clean up once the various jobs are finished. This position is entry-level with paid training. Beginning pay starts at $17.00 per hour with opportunities for daily/weekly overtime. We promote from within the company, and there are opportunities for rapid advancement. Title: Harvest Fresh Frozen Description: We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team for a large-scale fresh frozen harvest. This role will focus on efficiently harvesting plants and preparing them for immediate freezing to preserve terpene and profiles. Candidates should be comfortable with fast-paced, hands-on work and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Responsibilities: - Harvest plants by hand with care and precision. - Transport freshly cut plants to processing areas. - Remove fan leaves and prepare material for fresh frozen storage. - Weigh and record wet material accurately. - Package and properly store harvested material to ensure quality preservation. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces, tools, and equipment. Follow all compliance, safety, and facility protocols. Support the cultivation team with other harvest-related duties as needed. Requirements: - Previous harvest or cultivation experience preferred, but not required. - Ability to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and move up to 50 lbs. - Comfortable working in cold storage environments (freezer/processing rooms). - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. - Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented attitude. - Must meet all state compliance requirements (e.g., OLCC, METRC)

Signature Graphics is a locally-owned, full-service heatset and coldset commercial printer with direct mail advertising and graphic design businesses located in NE Portland, Oregon with approximately 150 employees. Since opening in 1984, Signature has become one of the largest printers in the Pacific Northwest, and we are currently looking for Finishing General Workers to help with finalizing products after going through the printing phase. The Finishing General Worker loads paper advertisements onto an inserting machine hopper and/or removes inserted paper products from the inserter machine and bundles copies using a strapping machine, then stacks finished product onto pallets.
