Must be clean and organized , no pets. couples, overnight guests or children, 6 months to a year at least. There is a bathroom located just outside the bedroom that will be yours and yours only, $950 a month includes, wifi, water, washer/drier and all use of common areas.. You must have your own vehicle as well! Please only inquire if you would be the person staying here, no bicycles please because there is no place to put them.
