Located in the Hueytown / Pleasant Grove Alabama area. 1498 5th Avenue (Forest Road). Patterson Forest Grove Memorial Gardens of Everlasting Life. I have two (2) cemetery plots. I am selling these two (2) plots for $3,000.00 and I am paying the legal & transfer fees. Transaction location will be at Patterson - Forest Grove but since the funeral home does not own these spaces THEY DO NOT negotiate the details of the transaction. They only facilitate the transfer of title between the owner (myself) and the new owner (buyer). Interested buyer(s) can view the plot map on Patterson - Forest Grove's website. However, for written descripton, the plots are located southwest of the center monument assuming the center path is a north and south line.
