Will be required to dismount & mount tires, oil changes & other tasks depending on your skillset. Wages $24 to $28, depending on experience. Must be able to pass drug screen. Monday to Friday 10 am to 6 pm. Physical Requirements: • Ability to lift and move heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds. • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time. This is a hands-on role performing general remodel and punch list work in residential rental and vacant properties. Ideal for someone who works well independently, shows up on time, and takes pride in doing solid, honest work and has very high attention to DETAILS.
