About the Role:
We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between data and product strategy, turning insights into recommendations that shape our roadmap. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and drive product improvements.
What You’ll be Doing:
Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment
Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation
Collaborate with engineers and QA to support testing activities, including defining test scenarios and participating in UAT
Act as a bridge between business, design, and engineering teams, ensuring smooth communication in a fast-moving environment
Assist in managing requirements and prioritization within the product backlog
Participate and contribute to Agile Scrum rituals such as standups, sprint planning, grooming sessions, and sprint demos
Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
Ability to learn new systems and technology quickly
Adapts to rapidly changing environment and know when to ask for help
Expertise in articulating complex or technical concepts to people of different backgrounds
High confidence level, ability to take ownership and accountability
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments, collaborating with product owners, developers, and QA
Domain knowledge in HR Tech or Operational Skills
