Your Arena): Coordinate subcontractors so every jobsite is covered, every day. Run schedules like a drill sergeant — projects finish on time, period. Track job costs daily to protect margins (and your reputation). Keep clients in the loop with updates that earn trust, not headaches. Jump on problems before they snowball — no excuses, no delays. Walk every site, every finish — if it’s not right, it’s not done. Log it all in Monday.com so the office and owner stay synced. What We’re Looking For (a.k.a. Who You Are): You’ve managed projects before (construction, painting, trades — you get it). You’re organized, proactive, and allergic to chaos. You can juggle multiple crews and deadlines without breaking a sweat. You communicate clearly — with clients, crews, and the boss. You’re tech-savvy (if you know Monday.com, that’s a bonus).
