Key Responsibilities: Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as trimming, edging, pruning, mulching, weeding, and planting Support installation of landscape features, including sod, trees, shrubs, flower beds, and hardscapes Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently (EX: trimmers, blowers, hand tools) Follow instructions from the Crew Leader and work collaboratively with the team to complete projects on time Maintain a clean and organized job site Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials at job sites Help inspect and maintain tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning Follow all company safety protocols and procedures while on the job
