Wentworth Aircraft Inc. is an established, stable 30+ year old company looking for individuals to disassemble, move, and organize small general aviation aircraft and parts at our Crystal Airport location. NO FORMAL TRAINING OR AIRCRAFT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! The gist: We are looking for someone who has familiarity with hand tools, whether that be wrenching on a car or bike or maybe some basic handyman projects you’ve done that would showcase the ability to troubleshoot or problem solve in the disassembly of mechanical objects. And then you get to apply that to airplanes! Who wouldn’t want to say they cut up a airplane with a big saw today?? Work for us and you can! Along with all the fun stuff, you should also have some patience to organize, sort, and move aircraft and parts for storage or sale. Also looking for any experience hauling (snowmobile, boat, lawn equipment, cars, etc.) as we use 3/4 ton pickups and various trailers (20' ball & hitch up to 40' gooseneck) to transport aircraft and parts. Requirements: • Knowledge of tool usage • Must be able to lift 75 pounds • Valid drivers license This position also requires the physical ability to lift, bend, twist, and turn periodically throughout the day. Full time position 8:30-5:00 M-F $18.00 to $20.00 per hour to start DOE and validity of drivers license/insurable status. We also offer bonuses and overtime to employees willing to do occasional overnight or out of town work, this can be very lucrative to those individuals who become efficient in aircraft recovery.

Work Opportunity: Vehicle Cleaning & Documentation Contractor (1099) Position: Independent Contractor – Vehicle Cleaning & Documentation Company: CE Collective LLC Location: Bloomington, MN (near MSP airport) Overview CE Collective LLC is seeking reliable and detail-oriented independent contractors to clean and document rental vehicles. This role involves: Cleaning vehicles before and after trips Taking pre- and post-trip photos Ensuring vehicles meet rental standards Monitoring/coordinating damage and maintenance Contractors must adhere to the outlined procedures while maintaining flexibility in scheduling their tasks. This contract is for an independent contractor available to complete vehicle cleaning and check-in services on either Monday-Thursday or Friday-Sunday (contractor has opportunity to take both contracts if wanted). Contractors may choose when to perform the work each day, as long as all tasks are completed on time BEFORE guest check in times and adhere to company standards. We currently operate 20 rental vehicles near MSP airport and plan to grow in the near future. These contractor rates are for 20 vehicles but will increase as the fleet grows. There are typically only 3-4 turn arounds per day as of now. Responsibilities -Clean vehicles inside and out before and after each rental (includes vacuuming & wiping each time and occasional car washes when needed) -Take clear, comprehensive pre and post-trip photos for documentation. This is vital for insurance coverage of the vehicles. -Follow contactless check-in and check-out procedures for each vehicle. -Share all vehicle photos through the designated rental platform for verification. -Identify and report any damages, smoking evidence, or missing items to the host immediately. -Monitor vehicle maintenance needs by tracking mileage and referencing oil change stickers. -Schedule or notify the host of necessary maintenance if the vehicle is overdue or showing dashboard alerts. -Ensure all keys are secured in designated lockboxes. -Use ozone machines to remove smoke or marijuana odors when detected. -Ensure all vehicles are parked in the designated lot and in ready-to-rent condition. -Handle lost-and-found items per host instructions. Compensation Company agrees to pay Contractor as follows: -Base Pay: $780 per month (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) + $100 bonus per month for fulfilling 100% of assigned turnarounds.
