Daily duties include extensive food preparation, extensive customer interaction, clean up, dishes, etc… We’re a small restaurant with a tight-knit staff, which means that we all take turns doing everything from fulfilling catering orders to taking out the trash, etc. Must have qualities include an incredible dedication to customer service.
