You are viewing a 2011 GMC Savana 1500 Hightop Conversion Van by Explorer. The exterior is a beautiful bronz color regularly coated with ceramic spray and rides on tires with plenty of fat rubber accented with radiant after market rims. The 5.3 L V8 power plant affords a robust, yet smooth highway ride with plenty of giddyup. For those more ECO minded, its flex fuel capability will save you tons of dough at the pump. The inside can best be described as an entertainment extravaganza powered by its centerpiece, the Pioneer AVIC-8201 NEX double din stereo, featuring: Navigation (Free Lifetime Traffic), HD Radio, Disc, Pandora, XM, Aux, Bluetooth, HDMI Input, App Radio Mode (Weblink Smart Mode Interface), Apple Play, Android Auto, iDatalink Maestro Compatible, Siri Eyes Free Compatibility, and remote control. You name it...it can play it and display it, both on its own 7" capacitive screen and the accompanying Vizio 26" Widescreen Monitor. If you are adventurous and boondocking is your style or need to stop for a break in the middle of a long drive, you can always catch a few zz's on the 3rd seat power reclining sofa bed. For ventilation, you can control both the front and rear dual zone climate from the front of the vehicle. If you have at least one trustworthy passenger, the rear heat/ac can be adjusted with a control near the left 2nd row Captain's chair. The leather seats (heated in front) have all been regularly cleaned/moisturized and are smooth as silk with no holes, tears, or cigarette burns. They easily rival Ricardo Montalban's "Corinthian Leather." The rest of the interior is clean as a whistle as one of my favorite retirement hobbies has devolved into vehicle detailing. No food, no drink, no smoke, and you won't find any old french fries lurking in or under the seats. As far as vacation travelling, this van can't be beat. I can guarantee that you won't hear an incessant, "When will we get there" from the entertained kids in the aft of the van. All questions are welcome. Come, take a look...you won't be disappointed.
