The 2nd floor is completely dedicated to rental guests - and there are only two guests rooms available. Nobody else goes up to the 2nd floor except for the guests, the cleaning people or the LL if there are issues that need to be addressed to help insure the comfort and well-being of the guests. The master bedroom is on the second floor and the LL's office is in the basement. So there is total separation of living arrangement - thus the quiet and privacy. THIS LIKE YOUR OWN APARTMENT WITHIN A HOUSE. TOTAL PRIVACY, SERENITY, PEACE AND QUIET IN A SCENIC AND SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD. You enter the main door, and then after a few steps, turn right to the stairs that takes you the exclusive area for rental guest. No need to go through someone's living room and potentially disturb people that might be lounging like in some setups you'll find. How many guests can stay in the room?
