POSITION SUMMARY We’re hiring dependable, detail-driven Car Rental Associates with mechanical skills to join our operations team. You’ll be responsible for managing the vehicle check-in and check-out process, light mechanical inspections, cleaning, and client handoffs. This position is ideal for someone who loves working around cars, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in an environment where high standards matter. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Perform vehicle check-in and check-out inspections • Take comprehensive photos (interior, exterior, odometer, fuel, damage) • Conduct basic mechanical checks (fluids, tire pressure, battery, etc.) • Clean and detail vehicles (interior and exterior) to maintain luxury standards • Deliver or retrieve vehicles from clients or vendors (as needed) • Interact with customers during pickup/drop-off and provide outstanding service • Organize and maintain the lot, keys, and supplies • Immediately report any damage, issues, or red flags REQUIREMENTS • Must be 21 years or older • Clean California DMV driving record (REQUIRED) • Valid CA driver’s license • Basic mechanic experience (personal or professional – we value hands-on skills) • Prior experience in car rental, automotive service, or customer support is a plus • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and follow-through • Able to work independently with minimal supervision • Physically able to walk/stand for long periods • Comfortable working outdoors and in fast-paced environments COMPENSATION & TERMS • Pay: $19.00 per hour • Job Type: Part-time / Contract • Schedule: Flexible, but weekend availability preferred HOW TO APPLY 📧Apply here by sending your resume Subject: Application – Car Rental Associate (Inglewood)
