Good condition trailer, brand new tires (except for the drive from Washington to here), everything works great, have keys, clean title, new spare tire as well, new front jack, roof was resealed by previous owner (no leaks during the three rain storms we've had it for. It's roughly 2100lbs dry (perfect for a smaller truck or SUV). Battery is also in great condition. I did a quick remodel before we left (laminate floors, new pipes, some lighting, everything is LED on the inside) It has electric brakes that work great along with all lights on exterior work great. Has two fold outs (One queen, one full bed) Has: Fridge, shower, toilet, sink, water heater, invertor, fridge, exterior outlets, grey tank, black tank, closet, propane furnace, and lots of storage under the bench seats, above sink, under sink, under beds, and two exterior storage doors. We bought it for our move from Washington to Alabama and it made it with Zero issues, we loved it and just don't need it now.
