I need FOUNDATION, CARPENTRY and DRYWALL SKILLS. I am looking for 1 – 2 construction workers who want to come out to Cali in the short term and do my house remodel. The house is in the San Francisco Bay Area. There are two units. I can let you stay in the one of the unit which will be remodeled. The project includes: a little framing, sheetrock installation, laminate flooring installation, doors installation, kitchen build, little electrical, little plumbing. Also looking for FOUNDATION expert contractor. You don’t have to have ALL these skills. If you have some of these skills though, please list which is your zone of expertise. The project will take about a month, maybe some more. I would provide lodging plus descent pay. I want to start as soon as possible! As part of the application, I would want to talk to some references and see some pictures and examples of prior work. If you have a contractor profile on Yelp.com, Angie’s List or other similar sites with reviews from prior customers, that would be great to see. MUST be able to come out here, MUST have a truck, the tools and the skills listed. Ideal would be a team of 2 people: a master and a helper with proven team skills of working together on past projects.
