This is a third-shift position, requiring individuals who can work independently, maintain high productivity levels, and follow detailed production processes. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be flexible with scheduling, including weekends and overtime as needed. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate daily production records and meet production quotas. Inspect product quality throughout the production process. Make minor adjustments to the roll-forming machine as required. Ensure proper labeling and packaging of all products. Load raw materials and ensure finished goods are stacked on skids. Lubricate presses and dies as needed. Keep the work area clean and organized. Record all production scrap. Promptly report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to the supervisor. Assist in annual physical inventory and perform additional tasks as assigned. Requirements: Ability to read and write in English. Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed.
