Our small vacation rental business is looking for a part or full time handyman for our New England rentals. The tasks we are looking to have done are things like power washing, heating and cooling seasonal checks, paints and general repairs. We provide a company truck for business use only. We also provide a credit card for vehicle expenses like gas and oil changes. Applicant must have a current drivers license. And be able to pass a background check. This position does require extensive driving from Boston to northern Vermont and Maine. Handy Applicant must be comfortable working alone and be able to communicate well about progress updates when your supervisor will often not be on site.
