At Cloud Factory, our robots create delicious cotton candy treats for fans worldwide. We're looking for a friendly and reliable part-time robot caretaker to keep our kiosks clean, stocked, and running smoothly so everyone leaves with a smile. What You’ll Do: • Maintain cleanliness of the kiosk’s interior and exterior. Keep the surround area tidy and inviting. • Clean the cotton candy production accessories (don’t worry—we provide clear instructions!). • Refill consumables like sugar, sticks, and water to keep the robots making treats. • Maintain local consumable stocks in dry and clean designated storage, request for restock to avoid shortage. • Report and respond to/assist in troubleshooting any robot issues promptly. What We Offer: • Pay: $14-$23 per hour, depending on skills and experience. • Flexible Hours: Work 1-4 hour per week, either before the kiosk opens (9-10am M-Sa., 10-11am Su.) or after it closes (8-9pm M-Sa., 7-8p Su.). What You’ll Need: • Reliable and ready to respond to any troubleshooting issues. • Comfortable with using touchscreens and follow instructions over call or chat app or video to resolve issues. • Comfortable using your smartphone to take and send photos. • Experience working with mechanical components or electronics a plus. • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform light cleaning duties on kiosk surface as well as candy making components. • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Authorized to work in the United States. This is a long term consulting engagement, with an hourly range of $80-90/hour on 1099 or adjusted commensurate salary on W2.
