Dispatch transportation services efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely pickup’s and drop-offs. Communicate with chauffeurs to provide them with accurate trip details and any necessary updates. Assist customers with any issues or concerns, providing excellent customer service. Qualifications: Previous experience in the limousine industry or a similar field is a plus but not required. High school diploma or equivalent. Proficient in dispatch software such as Limoanywhere is a huge plus. Skills and Abilities: Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong listening and reading comprehension abilities. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in using reservation and dispatch software such as Limoanywhere is a plus. Requirements: Must be willing to pass a drug test, physical, and criminal background check. Must be available to train during the week for a period of two weeks.
