Prepare and utilize mobile foamer; sanitize work areas in accordance with SSOP’s. Push foamer throughout first floor processing areas, connect foamer to stationary air lines and open valves for foaming. Scrub, rinse and sanitize all foamed areas. - Climb stairs backwards, pulling mobile foamer to sanitize upstairs stacker rooms, connect foamer to stationary air lines and open valves for foaming.
