To thrive in this role, we require associates who possess in-depth knowledge of DOT/HOS rules, have at least two years of verifiable OTR experience, and maintain a positive attitude in all situations. Team drivers receive guarantee pay per week EVEN IF NO MILES DRIVEN Comprehensive Pay Structure: We ensure you are compensated for every mile traveled, including both empty and full miles.
