Our company provides installation and repair solutions for numerous clients who use products such as GPS, Dash Cameras and various 12-volt devices. We have immediate positions available for Field Technicians located in Southern California. Your role as a Field Technician requires the successful installation of these products in both light and heavy-duty vehicles. Applicants should have professional experience installing mobile electronics such as GPS equipment, cameras, etc. This position requires a reliable vehicle and tools. This role is available to applicants seeking part-time work with the possibility of full-time work in the future. Work will be available 5-7 days a week. Traveling is required as job sites will vary in location. Mileage & drive time will be compensated. This role involves working on a range of hardscape installations including stone walls, patios, walkways, steps, veneers, and other custom masonry features. The Senior Mason plays a key role in ensuring that projects meet the highest standards of quality while mentoring less experienced team members in proper masonry techniques. The Senior Mason works closely with the Project Manager and Division Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with MainStay’s reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities Masonry Expertise & Execution • Perform advanced masonry work including layout, cutting, fitting, and setting stone, brick, block, and veneer. • Lead the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, and other custom stone features. • Operate masonry tools and equipment safely and efficiently, including saws, mixers, grinders, and compactors. • Ensure proper site preparation, grading, and drainage for all masonry projects. Project Leadership • Work under the direction of the Project Manager and Division Manager to complete project tasks according to specifications. • Provide on-site leadership and training for junior masons, installers, and laborers. • Assist in project planning, including material take-offs, tool preparation, and site setup. • Monitor progress to ensure projects are completed with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail. Quality Control & Safety • Uphold MainStay’s quality standards for all masonry work. • Ensure proper mixing of mortars, adhesives, and jointing compounds. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site. • Follow all company and industry safety protocols. Qualifications & Skills • 5+ years of proven experience in masonry, stonework, and hardscape installation. • Mastery of masonry techniques including dry stone, mortared stone, veneer, and brick/block laying. • Strong knowledge of construction methods, grading, and drainage. • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and site plans. • Experience leading crews and mentoring less experienced workers. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to operate masonry and construction equipment. • Hoisting License preferred. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.

Landscape crew leader position: Need to have at least three years at that position. Have to have a current Ca drivers license with clean record. Must have experience working with a crew and running a crew. Must have experience with building walls, laying pavers, driving tractor. Doing landscape planting correctly, setting grades, setting boulders etc. Must be knowledgeable about all phases of landscape construction. Knowing how to do landscape planting correctly and install mulch is required. We are looking for a self starter that can see the value and opportunity at hand with this company. Having experience with commercial landscape maintenance is a plus.
