Holiday Lighting & Decor Crew LEAD – $23/hr DOE – Must Have Prior Holiday Lighting Leadership Experience (San Diego) San Diego SociaLights – We light up the city (literally). Location: Report to warehouse near the Sports Arena, travel to sites across San Diego Pay: $23/hr DOE Employment Type: Seasonal (October through January) Job Title: Seasonal Crew Lead ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED HOLIDAY LIGHTING INSTALLER WHO KNOWS HOW TO LEAD A CREW? We are actively hiring a Crew Lead for our seasonal lighting and decor team. This is not an entry-level position. You must have prior experience leading teams specifically in holiday lighting and decor installation. If you’ve managed crews installing professional-grade Christmas lights on rooftops, wrapped trees, read lighting diagrams, and dealt with clients or operations teams on-site, we want to hear from you. We are not looking for general labor or construction foremen — this role is for someone who has led holiday lighting projects before. YOU MUST HAVE: Prior experience leading a crew installing holiday lighting and decor The ability to read and interpret lighting maps or design diagrams Experience installing C9s, mini lights, wreaths, garlands, zip cord, decor, etc. Comfort working on ladders, rooftops, and in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership and communication skills on the job site A hands-on approach — you're expected to install, not just supervise RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead a team of installers on residential and commercial lighting jobs Execute lighting plans based on diagrams provided Ensure job safety and crew productivity Maintain a positive and professional atmosphere on-site Communicate clearly with the operations manager, installers, and admin team Train and support new or less-experienced installers Handle vehicle load-outs and daily logistics WHAT TO EXPECT: $23/hr starting pay DOE Overtime pay & double overtime pay (after 12 hours) OSHA-10 Certification provided during paid training Work starts asap in October and runs through January Shifts are often long and physically demanding, ranging from 8 to 14+ hours depending on the job We operate 7 days a week — flexible scheduling available Jobs start at our San Diego warehouse (near the Sports Arena) and travel in company vehicles to project sites REQUIREMENTS: You must have actual crew leadership experience in holiday lighting and decor installs Valid driver's license with clean driving record Comfortable working at heights and lifting up to 100 lbs Authorized to work in the U.S. Fluent in English Must have a smartphone for employee communication and scheduling apps Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset TO APPLY: Email us to schedule a phone interview. We are a growing company seeking experienced, reliable mechanics to join our small team of GSE mechanics at the Colorado Springs Airport. You will be working on our fleet of Oshkosh Tempest i Deicers as well as a broad range of equipment entrusted to our care by our airline customers. This is not an apprenticeship level position - you should have experience and be comfortable performing preventative maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on a variety of equipment. We are a busy shop and work on many different types of machines - gasoline and diesel powered, new and old technologies. You will be working on automotive vehicles, tugs, pushbacks, trailers, air conditioning and heating carts, generators, small engines, deice trucks and more. Though we try to work indoors whenever possible, much of our work is done outdoors in various weather conditions. You should be comfortable working outdoors in the elements when necessary. 2+ years of full time mechanic experience is required for this role. We will be hiring based on experience and qualifications. Candidates with a strong resume and verifiable work history will be given preference. You must be physically capable of working in all positions, climbing, lifting and carrying heavy items, etc. We strongly prefer candidates with a background in heavy equipment such as farming or construction machinery, with at least some experience diagnosing and repairing hydraulic systems.
